Main responsibilities and tasks
- Support the sales team by preparing and following up on quotations for new and existing clients
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, project managers, and technical department
- Communicate with suppliers to gather prices and specifications
- Maintain and update opportunities in our CRM system
- Contribute to improving sales processes and quotation structure
- Sales Support Specialist report to Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, quotation work, customer service and follow-up
- Solid IT skills and experience with CRM systems, AutoCad or similar.
- Fluent in both English and Norwegian
- Technical understanding/skills is an advantage
